General FAQs
You may call 919-732-9351 between 8:00am – 5:00pm EST, Monday - Friday. You will talk to a real person, rather than going through a complicated telephone menu (No “Dial 1 for sales”, etc.). Emails are generally answered the same day.
We do not sell through authorized representatives or distributors, although our products may be purchased through resellers such as Graybar, Wesco/Anixter, and TESSCO.
Ordering FAQs
We encourage our customers to contact us prior to placing an order, to assure that the model number being specified is the best solution for a given application. Purchase orders may be emailed to info@wilmoreelectronics.com . Orders may also be placed by calling 919-732-9351
MasterCard and Visa are accepted for most domestic orders.
Our standard payment terms are net 30 days for qualified accounts. Prepayment by ACH or credit card is also accepted for domestic orders. Prepayment by wire transfer is required for international orders.
We typically request that you submit three trade references and a bank reference.
Shipping FAQs
We typically ship small shipments (up to 150 pounds) by UPS-Ground, unless otherwise specified by the purchaser; we can prepay and add the shipping charges to the invoice, or we can ship on a customer-provided freight account. For larger shipments, we typically ship on the purchaser’s LTL freight account. Risk of loss shall be FOB our factory in Hillsborough, NC; For international customers, our sales are EXW: Hillsborough, NC, USA.
Support FAQs
The standard limited warranty is one year after delivery.
Our knowledgeable sales staff have technical backgrounds, and they have access to product engineers if needed. We are reachable by telephone at 919-732-9351, through our contact us page, or by emailing info@wilmoreelectronics.com.
Contact us and we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Be prepared to provide the model number, serial number, contact information, and a description of the problem.
The serial number will be located on either the bottom of the product, or the rear panel. It is generally an 8- or 9- digit number.
